I tried to place an order, but it failed. What should I do?

Can I also order by phone from House of Artist?
No, unfortunately you must be able to make payments immediately in our shop and by calling by phone this will unfortunately not work.
How do I find the right size?
Check our size chart to determine your size. If your purchase does not fit properly, you can return the item. Follow the instructions under Return and Exchange Policy.
How can I order online?
You can shop by size, color, style or delivery using the shop's menu bar. Click on the image to go to the product details page for specific information. Please note: prices are stated in euros, including 21% VAT. House of Artists calculates shipping costs for standard shipments and returns on all items.
To add an item to your shopping cart, select the size (if applicable) and click 'Add to cart'. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right to view the items in your shopping cart. You can also delete your items there. Complete your order. Customers must register and fill in important fields. Select the desired payment method. Please read our terms and conditions before placing an order.
Will my personal data be treated confidentially?
Personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be sold or rented. For the processing of your online order we need your name, e-mail address, shipping address and payment details. If necessary, this information will be shared with a payment partner to check your order.
If we notice anything abnormal or suspicious with regard to the order during the regular check, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to check the information for your own safety and protection.
Does House of Artists provide a warranty on the item/fabric?
We strive to provide the highest quality products. We provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase if the product has a manufacturing defect. If there is something wrong with the article, please let us know via the contact page.
