Postage costs

The Netherlands
For an order under 20 euros, standard 3.95 euros shipping costs will be charged. We ship for free above 20 euros, if you live in the Netherlands

If you live in Belgium, we will charge standard 5.95 euros for shipping costs under 30 euros. We ship for free above 30 euros.

For orders to Germany, under 30 euros, we charge standard 5.95 euros in shipping costs. We ship for free above 30 euros.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Any sensitive and credit card information you provide is processed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts your information before it is sent to us. This protects the information against unauthorized use.

Order Received

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail that we have received the order. However, this does not mean that the order has been approved by us. Once your payment has been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the item has been found to be in stock, your order will be approved and the item shipped. If, due to circumstances, an ordered item is unfortunately not in stock, you will receive an e-mail about this.


As a customer you can always invoke the right of withdrawal and cancel the order before you have received it. The order can only be canceled if we have not yet shipped the order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The order can then only be returned.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days via GLS. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with a track and trace number. With this number you can track your order and you always know when to expect your order.

Exchange or return

We hope you are satisfied with your item(s). If you still want to return an item, we must have received the return shipment within 14 days after the day on which you purchased the item. Unfortunately, exchange is not possible, return your item and place a new order. We are free to accept or not accept items returned outside of the aforementioned period.

For the return, the return costs are for your own account. Return your package using a qualified shipping company that will provide you with proof of postage. We only accept returns of items purchased through this website.

We do not accept returns of damaged items, items that have been worn or have labels removed. We advise you to check the order immediately upon receipt, before removing the labels and tags. Make sure the items you want to return are properly packaged. Send it to the following return address:

Please note!
We do not send a message upon receipt of your package. You can keep an eye on your package by means of the track and trace code on your proof of shipment.

Upon receipt of your package, the returns department has 14 days to process your return order. You will be notified as soon as your return order has been processed. We will refund the amount of your return order (minus any shipping costs) as soon as possible. Due to safety restrictions, we cannot refund more than the purchase price of the item.
