Exchange or return

We hope you are satisfied with your item(s). If you still want to return an item, we must have received the return within 14 days of the day you bought the item. Exchange is unfortunately not possible, return your item and place a new order. We are free to accept or not accept items returned outside of the aforementioned term.

For returning, the return costs are for your own account. Return your package with a qualified shipping company who will provide you with proof of shipment. We only accept returns of items purchased through this website.

We do not accept returns of damaged items, items that have been worn or had their labels removed. We advise you to check the order immediately upon receipt before removing the labels and tags. Make sure the items you want to return are properly packaged. Send it to the following return address:

NB!

We will not send a message upon receipt of your package. You can keep an eye on your package yourself by using the track and trace code on your proof of shipment.

Upon receipt of your package, the returns department has 14 days to process your return order. You will be notified as soon as your return order has been processed. We will refund the amount of your return order (minus any shipping costs) as soon as possible. Due to security restrictions, we cannot reimburse more than the purchase price of the item.
